That depends on the seller and size of the company. When you send a message to the seller through TrucksNL, he receives it immediately. If you respond in the evening, the seller may already be closed and respond the next working day. If you send a response over the weekend, you may not receive a message until Monday. There are also sellers that are open 24/7 that respond immediately. If you are in a different time zone than the seller is in, it may take longer. In Australia it might be morning, but then it is the middle of the night in Germany.

If they have WhatsApp turned off, the website will not show a WhatsApp button with this seller. You can then only send them a contact form or call them as these two contact options are mandatory.
